The Dudes make friends with a Coke drinking, McNugget loving space creature in 1988’s “Mac & Me”! This blatant E.T. ripoff is famously terrible, but I would argue it’s more bizarre than bad. Forced product placement, blatant script theft, and unintentional body horror are just a few of the things that make this mess of a movie what it is. So if you’re up for it, grab a Coke and take a gander. Just don’t let Spielberg know.
