The Dudes are real bastards in 2013’s Locke. This film takes place in a single location with one actor on screen, and somehow remains intriguing and thrilling the entire time. Tom Hardy give a great performance, tearing his life apart and contending with the demons of his past while on speakerphone. It’s a great idea for a film, and it’s pulled off beautifully.
