The Dudes are red herrings (or are they the killers?) in 1996’s Scream. This meta examination of slasher tropes breathed new life into a tired genre, but also did movie posters no favors. Killer garage doors, works cited pages, and Matthew Lillard combine to make one hell of an experience. Get ready for one last one last scare.
